The majority of our plants have been grown by us, or sourced from expert growers. The majority of the seeds we offer are harvested from our own plants, this way we can guarantee their freshness.

The photographs shown on the web site are the plants you will receive in the case of Bonsai and specimen cacti. In the case of other plants the items you will receive will be almost identical to the photograph, but may vary slightly in size and colour.

If you cannot find what you require please contact us as we often have limited quantities of items that sell too fast to advertise!

Our prices are in UK Sterling (pounds).

They may change from time to time so please ensure that you are viewing an up-to-date (non-cached) version of each page. To help you check, the current UK date and time is shown at the bottom of every page. If you can only access an old copy of our web site then please contact us for assistance.

If you use a non-Sterling payment card, your card company will convert the order total to your card currency at a rate, and perhaps with a conversion charge, determined by them. We do not add any charge to use a non-UK card.

If you have placed items in your cart in an earlier visit, and signed in during that visit, they will have been kept and will be added to your cart the next time you sign in.

When you have found all you want, please select Checkout. If you have not already signed in we will ask you to do so now. We only require information that we will need to complete your order - see our Privacy Policy.

We try to save you money by sending your complete order in one parcel. So the packaging and delivery cost is calculated when you tell us the destination at the checkout, before you confirm the order.

To minimise credit card fraud we can only deliver to your payment card billing address. We trust you appreciate that this measure is to your benefit.

Your card or account details will only be held at WorldPay's or Paypal's secure servers and not anywhere on our website.

We will not debit your payment card, if you pay via WorldPay, until we have accepted your order and it is ready for despatch.

When we receive your order it will be marked as pending, as we reserve the right to decline to accept orders in various cases (including, but not limited to, erroneous pricing or description of products).

We will send you an acknowledgement email confirming the details of your order and these terms and conditions (which are only available in English), and giving you information as to how to amend, cancel and track the status of your order.

When we have reviewed and accepted your order we will mark it as processing and confirm this by email. At this point the sale will be made.

We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 working days of the sale. When we have despatched your order we will confirm this by email.

You may cancel your order up to 7 working days after you have received the goods. Please notify us of the cancellation by sending an email to with full details of what you are cancelling.

If we have not already despatched the order then you will receive a full refund including the delivery cost within 30 days maximum.

If we have already despatched your order you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products safely, swiftly and in perfect re-saleable condition to us. You will receive a refund of the product cost, but not the delivery, within 30 days maximum.

While we endeavour to fulfil your order accurately, we understand that mistakes can occur.

If you receive goods not as described in your Processing (Sale) email, please return them to us. If you do this in a timely fashion we will refund the item and its delivery cost from us to you plus reasonable delivery costs from you to us. If you do not return the goods in a timely fashion we reserve the right to substitute similar or the same goods or a refund of the item cost.

In the case of seeds and plants we are not responsible for the results of your propagation/cultivation.

We will not be liable for any direct or consequential loss or damage resulting from delay or failure in carrying out our obligations which is caused wholly or partly by reason of act of god, transportation delay, labour disputes, fire, flood, war, accident, government action, inability to obtain adequate stocks, material, equipment, fuel, power, transportation or any cause beyond our control or beyond the control of that of our agents and employees.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are committed to offering you great products at good prices and we hope you are happy with our service. You can be confident of your protection as we are subject to UK laws including the Trade Descriptions Act 1968 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, among many others.
