Pending Status When we receive your order it will be marked as pending, as we reserve the right to decline to accept orders in various cases (including, but not limited to, erroneous pricing or description of products). Processing Status When we have reviewed and accepted your order we will mark it as processing and confirm this by email. At this point the sale will be made. Despatched Status We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 working days of the sale. When we have despatched your order we will confirm this by email. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds You may cancel your order up to 7 working days after you have received the goods.
